What our learners have to say...

"I have worked with bareland condos for 9 years now so a lot of the information was confirmation that we have been doing the correct things.  I really liked that it was written so that it was very easy to read and understand with examples.  As you probably know the CPA isn’t the easiest document to read.  I also did learn a few new things and got some a really good tips on dealing with Board of Directors.  I feel the course was really well done for the online experience.."

Tammy Campbell
Gleniffer Lake Resort Ltd.

"I found the Condominium Management Fundamentals course to be informative, well structured and a great foundation to understand how Condominiums are formed and operate.  The course offered good value and I was able to complete it at my own pace."

A Message from our Chair

We first created the Alberta Condominium Management Education Consortium (ACMEC) in 2021 when the industry regulator, RECA, divested delivering pre-licensing education to the industry and when condominium managers were first required to be licensed in Alberta. ACMECis a non-profit federal corporation created by the North and South Alberta Chapters of the Canadian Condominium Institute and the Alberta Real EstateAssociation. We created it to ensure that condominium managers would have access to pre-licensing education built by industry professionals with practical experience in Alberta condominium management and legislation. We are thrilled that ACMEC has grown to become Alberta’s largest RECA recognized course provider delivering high-quality and competitively priced pre-licensing education, available to all individuals who wish to become condominium managers and condominium management brokers.

We are also very proud of the fact that we are able to offer this educationprogram for our industry. Our motto is Our Industry, Our Expertise, OurEducation.
